they say we've got nothing in common. no common ground to start from and we're falling apart.

breakfast at tiffany's is a uber nice song (: i've got so many projects this term. don't get me wrong, i love school. lol but still. so time consuming. i miss middle school. hahah i had more free time. XD anyways winter holidays are last 2 weeks or december to first week of january. gonna go back to LA then! i really can't wait.

darryl is gonna go home with me. welll i have to ask my parents first. but it should be okay. we may go to vale. i love skiing. or kerry and keith (her boyfriend) and darryl and me may go to our holiday house in hawaii or florida.

i'm thinking of piercing my ear. left one. near the top. i don't know if i should. i parents will allow. but i don't know if i'll regret it later on...

omg. today was so great (:

did i mention that wednesday was 4 months of darryl and i being together. not counting the short 2 week break we took. heee. we went out to celebrate anyways. pinkberry, subway, shopping. (:

first we had breakfast together at the dining hall. there was very little food since those day kids that come to school to eat weren't there. after that we sat by the fountain for a while since we were only allowed out after 9 cos the school doesn't want us to go out too early. nothing would be opened anyways.

so we signed out then we went to the beach. it was a little cold. so we sat at this cafe there and got some cocoa. and just talked about everything and nothing at the same time. when we were done it was about 12 so we decided to go for lunch. had a subway then we went to shop for autumn/winter clothes. i bought a jacket, shoes, schoolbag and belts. darryl chose my schoolbag. it's just a simple shoulder bag thats black, green and pink. really cute. darryl got a matching jacket with me. then we went for pinkberry. it's like..our place. hahahaha. bought some earrings and necklaces. then darryl had this crazy idea to go to ocean avenue. cos the song ocean avenue was playing at the shops.

there was nothing much there. but we just held hands and ran down the street together. it was so fun. i enjoyed myself a lot. after that we headed back to school. i bumped into kerry on the way to my room. she says mom and dad are coming up to monterey next week. :D haven't seen them for a while. like since term started. thats...a long time.

heyheyhey. woke up early today. exams are OVER. :D

we have 2 marking days. which mean no day kids around. sigh. today i'm going out with darryl. we're back and we're cool. and i'm happy. heee. and since it was exam time, my room is a total mess. so it's time for... spring autumn cleaning. *grrmoansss* there's just a whole load of paper and all around. oh and clothes. teri and i gotta throw some out later cos we're gonna buy some autumn/winter stuff.

you know, i never got the difference with autumn and fall. i think autumn sounds better. what's your take on it? i usually write autumn in most of my essays and all. fall sounds like...so gloomy. which is how i'm feeling now...sort of. i wanna do something that can make a difference in peoples' lives and all, but i don't know where to start. sighh.

next week is homecoming and it's so exciting. well for me at least. i've never had a homecoming this time. i'm voting Yael Smith for queen and Timothy Waite for king. haha i'm not sure what happens during homecoming...i wonder what happens in other schools...

i'm gonna go for a swim before breakfast, then meeet darryl after that (:

i'm so sorry i haven't updated in ages and ages even though i said i'd update more. just woke up. i'm going down with teri for a jog before breakfast. i love the school track. tests and exams are over. well sorta. they end tomorrow. but teri's is done. i'm doing chinese tomorrow.

we've had school for a month now. and i never knew high school would be this tough! but nonetheless i'm so enjoying it! kerry you never told me! haiz. oh today Kayla broke her pen during the exam and there was ink all over her table. it was really incredible. she sorta had a panic attack cos today was physics. after the exams she took the pen casing and flung it across the room. and ink splattered everyone! black ink all over the place. now everyone looks like they've got weird bruises. haha! good thing i was at the back of the room. so none of it got on my. oh but teri got it all over her new cords. hopefully laundry can sort that out. Kayla got sent to counselling for that. but she's been having minor panic attacks the past few weeks anyways. it's the end of exams i dont see why she has to go. lol

church on sunday was good. we went to Greg's church. this Methodist church near his place. i enjoyed the sermon cos it really applied to us. how it's really important to tell the truth. yup (: and afterwards we went for lunch together. me, teri, vannessa, greg, terrence, darryl. it was so fun. cos we were talking about what we'd do if we had a holiday job. and we were eating at this sushi place and it had a job wanted notice. like for a whole ton of jobs and it showed the qualifications needed. and as we went down the list greg was like nah can't we don't have a degree. nah can't we don't have enough experience. until we got to the bottom where it was kitchen helper. and it only needed elementary school education. then greg was like this is the best one! haha then he said his criteria for finding jobs were 1) he can eat the food and 2) the pay is good. but most importantly number 1. haha

anyways i owe you a HUGE update on high school! so now we're allowed out for lunch. and kerry and i usually go out together for lunch with our friends. there's so many nice eateries behind school. and the food is really not bad. but school food is good too. sometimes if we have too muchh work to do then we stay in school for lunch. yupyupyup. everyday school life is amazing. i have so many classes. oh and handbells. we play for chapel every week in high school. and i got selected for the performing group already since i was in handbells in middle school. yup. hmm i don't really know what to say anymore.

oh yeah. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOLYNE! you're an awesome chick. hahah. love ya to bits. heee. oh yeah.
