hey everyone!

this is my 50th post...and... IT'S SUMMER! (((: tomorrow i'm headed off to church camp. and yeahuh i'm back in Singapore! i'm going to malacca, malaysia with my church. ah i can't wait to go. i've packed everything twice!

so in less than 24 hours i'll be in church ready to go. there's no youth service tmr cos of the camp and i'm really sad that not everyone is going. like my parents aren't going. only i am. even kerry isn't! gosh.. but i'll be catching up loads with my friends. haha holiday inn!

okay so i'm having free period now. well not really. i skipped chinese. i swear i'm such a failure at it. and the stuff i want to fail at i can't. i fail at failing sometimes. anyways today was class president elections for next semester's class president. i just voted for Karrlotte. her speech wasn't outstanding but her campaigning wasn't weird. the one i initially wanted to vote for gave out cold pizzas on monday as part of her campaign. strange.

anyways. yesterday after school i suddenly got into a bad mood. i guess it's the stress. we have practice for handbells now almost every night. even though it allows me to miss study hall, it means i don't have time to study. and so i do my homework and study at night. which means i don't get enough sleep, which makes me sleep in class or skip classes to come back to the dorm and sleep (haha), which means i have to study at night again to keep up. rawrss.

anyways i'm going down to LA this weekend so that's good. gonna hang out with Kerry. something i haven't done in an extremely long time. and my cousins are staying over at my place. i hope i won't spend the whole weekend studying. hopefully more like partying and rocking out. blahhh

so tell me, what's the best way to get into a nightclub when you're underage. i'm not in for the drinking, that i can live without. i wanna go more for the adrenaline rush. the excitement. and NOT the perverted stares for weird old men. leave a comment in the shoutbox and tell me!

okay so i haven't been here in a while.
so let's start things over.

1. high school/boarding school

i swear i have no idea what i'm doing anymore. my schedule is just wake up, school, after-school activities, study hall, sleep. and the cycle repeats itself. i don't even have enough time to eat anymore. i seriously need to drop a few subjects. and it's cool that boarding school life in high school is really more relaxed. i get to go out every weekend. but if i want to keep my grades up i have to stay in and study. kerry on the other hand is like woah. how does she do it. she's editor of the school weekly publication and idk what else she does and her gpa is 3.8! pfft.

2. Singapore

i miss singapore so so bad. i don't know what else to say. i'm actually thinking of moving back there. honest.

sigh ttyl. i think i should be studying a bit before sleep. freak. i'm a nerd.

i haven't blogged for like what? a month?!

so this week is thanksgiving. and guess what? i'm in LA. hahah awesome :D and since teri's parents aren't in town this week cos they're at some conference in asia, she's spending thanksgiving with me (:

so anyways since it's getting a little bit colder and we don't feel like going outside today, we're going to play...board games! haha. anyways it's really great that the whole family is here. even rox's family came down from monterey. they're staying in the guest house. we play board games the extreme style. cos when we play, everyone plays, so we form teams and all. and we have a few games going on at once. and we have screaming and shouting. and even our maids play too.

anyways sorry this post is short, teri and i are gonna get something to wear at thanksgiving.

they say we've got nothing in common. no common ground to start from and we're falling apart.

breakfast at tiffany's is a uber nice song (: i've got so many projects this term. don't get me wrong, i love school. lol but still. so time consuming. i miss middle school. hahah i had more free time. XD anyways winter holidays are last 2 weeks or december to first week of january. gonna go back to LA then! i really can't wait.

darryl is gonna go home with me. welll i have to ask my parents first. but it should be okay. we may go to vale. i love skiing. or kerry and keith (her boyfriend) and darryl and me may go to our holiday house in hawaii or florida.

i'm thinking of piercing my ear. left one. near the top. i don't know if i should. i parents will allow. but i don't know if i'll regret it later on...

omg. today was so great (:

did i mention that wednesday was 4 months of darryl and i being together. not counting the short 2 week break we took. heee. we went out to celebrate anyways. pinkberry, subway, shopping. (:

first we had breakfast together at the dining hall. there was very little food since those day kids that come to school to eat weren't there. after that we sat by the fountain for a while since we were only allowed out after 9 cos the school doesn't want us to go out too early. nothing would be opened anyways.

so we signed out then we went to the beach. it was a little cold. so we sat at this cafe there and got some cocoa. and just talked about everything and nothing at the same time. when we were done it was about 12 so we decided to go for lunch. had a subway then we went to shop for autumn/winter clothes. i bought a jacket, shoes, schoolbag and belts. darryl chose my schoolbag. it's just a simple shoulder bag thats black, green and pink. really cute. darryl got a matching jacket with me. then we went for pinkberry. it's like..our place. hahahaha. bought some earrings and necklaces. then darryl had this crazy idea to go to ocean avenue. cos the song ocean avenue was playing at the shops.

there was nothing much there. but we just held hands and ran down the street together. it was so fun. i enjoyed myself a lot. after that we headed back to school. i bumped into kerry on the way to my room. she says mom and dad are coming up to monterey next week. :D haven't seen them for a while. like since term started. thats...a long time.

heyheyhey. woke up early today. exams are OVER. :D

we have 2 marking days. which mean no day kids around. sigh. today i'm going out with darryl. we're back and we're cool. and i'm happy. heee. and since it was exam time, my room is a total mess. so it's time for... spring autumn cleaning. *grrmoansss* there's just a whole load of paper and all around. oh and clothes. teri and i gotta throw some out later cos we're gonna buy some autumn/winter stuff.

you know, i never got the difference with autumn and fall. i think autumn sounds better. what's your take on it? i usually write autumn in most of my essays and all. fall sounds like...so gloomy. which is how i'm feeling now...sort of. i wanna do something that can make a difference in peoples' lives and all, but i don't know where to start. sighh.

next week is homecoming and it's so exciting. well for me at least. i've never had a homecoming this time. i'm voting Yael Smith for queen and Timothy Waite for king. haha i'm not sure what happens during homecoming...i wonder what happens in other schools...

i'm gonna go for a swim before breakfast, then meeet darryl after that (:

i'm so sorry i haven't updated in ages and ages even though i said i'd update more. just woke up. i'm going down with teri for a jog before breakfast. i love the school track. tests and exams are over. well sorta. they end tomorrow. but teri's is done. i'm doing chinese tomorrow.

we've had school for a month now. and i never knew high school would be this tough! but nonetheless i'm so enjoying it! kerry you never told me! haiz. oh today Kayla broke her pen during the exam and there was ink all over her table. it was really incredible. she sorta had a panic attack cos today was physics. after the exams she took the pen casing and flung it across the room. and ink splattered everyone! black ink all over the place. now everyone looks like they've got weird bruises. haha! good thing i was at the back of the room. so none of it got on my. oh but teri got it all over her new cords. hopefully laundry can sort that out. Kayla got sent to counselling for that. but she's been having minor panic attacks the past few weeks anyways. it's the end of exams i dont see why she has to go. lol

church on sunday was good. we went to Greg's church. this Methodist church near his place. i enjoyed the sermon cos it really applied to us. how it's really important to tell the truth. yup (: and afterwards we went for lunch together. me, teri, vannessa, greg, terrence, darryl. it was so fun. cos we were talking about what we'd do if we had a holiday job. and we were eating at this sushi place and it had a job wanted notice. like for a whole ton of jobs and it showed the qualifications needed. and as we went down the list greg was like nah can't we don't have a degree. nah can't we don't have enough experience. until we got to the bottom where it was kitchen helper. and it only needed elementary school education. then greg was like this is the best one! haha then he said his criteria for finding jobs were 1) he can eat the food and 2) the pay is good. but most importantly number 1. haha

anyways i owe you a HUGE update on high school! so now we're allowed out for lunch. and kerry and i usually go out together for lunch with our friends. there's so many nice eateries behind school. and the food is really not bad. but school food is good too. sometimes if we have too muchh work to do then we stay in school for lunch. yupyupyup. everyday school life is amazing. i have so many classes. oh and handbells. we play for chapel every week in high school. and i got selected for the performing group already since i was in handbells in middle school. yup. hmm i don't really know what to say anymore.

oh yeah. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOLYNE! you're an awesome chick. hahah. love ya to bits. heee. oh yeah.

i know i haven't posted for a really really long time. so much has been happening!! i got into the boarding committee. so did kerry. darryl and i are taking a break. we need to focus on school first...

yeah. we had a memorial service on thursday for 9/11. some of us cried a lot. cos it was really touching. they made this video that showed how we didn't know what hit us. and how we have to be really prepared and all. yep

haha. school has been pretty okay. there are a lot of new kids that joined our school here for high school. and some left... one of them is Jolyne! hahah she's super cool. and she's from Wisconsin. her parents sent her here cos she wanted to come. hmm yeah.

i've been feeling kinda emo-y the past few days. i don't really know why. maybe it's cos of darryl. maybe it's cos i like another guy too. i don't know. sighh.

whoo. labour day today. and first day of autumn. right?

hahah school has been great! teri's still my room mate. we've moved into the high school rooms. it's much nicer and bigger. and i love it. today is labour day so no school. we'll probably go shopping. i haven't gotten a new book bag for school. so i'll need to get one today.

haha. sunday was really fun! after church we went to play pool. wow i love it!! i went with darryl and 2 of his good friends and owned them! i got second over all. whooo. lovelovelove. they thought i didn't know how to play pool. hahha

so far one week of school. i love bio. bio. bio. bio. i'm still on top of things. hopefully it'll stay that way. haha. okay i know my posts are getting boring. sorry. so i'm boarding full time now. no such thing as going home on weekends anymore. and now it's only kerry and i in school. it's weird. high school and all. but it's fun. ohohoh! house committee elections are this week on friday.

i hope i get into the boarding comm. only one girl and one guy from each level. haha. ah wells got to go down for breakfast now. cya.

school's starting on TUESDAY! omg i can't wait. kerry and i are already all settled in at the dorm. mom and dad are at LA. alex is at rox's house. ryan's gone to college. Dartmouth. i got the letter from school 2 weeks ago to tell me what classes i'll be in and orientation and all. i'll only get my official dorm appointment after orientation. but it'll be the same as the end of last year i guess. whooo. okay so i'll be doing some AP subjects. i got into ALL the courses i applied for. and of course, chinese. :D

i know i need to do a huge update on summer! so here well. as you know, teri and i went to texas. visited her relatives. i went to nanna's and gramps for 2 weeks together with kerry. summer was a blast. and i thought it would never end. haha ah well. oh yes! i also went to orlando (yes, again) just to see the handbell symposium. it was AWESOME. well i didn't take part. i just went to see. and also to have some fun. then we went up to new york. but saff wasn't at NY then. ah well. i've fallen in love with Monterey beach. i wish we still lived in monterey bay sometimes.

oh yeah! we settled into our new house! love it! it's HUGE. it's 6storeys. kerry and ryan share a level. and alex and i share one. we've got a pool. a gym. walk in closet. it's just huge. and i love it. i've got my own room again(: but well since it's in LA i can't just decide to go home on weekends. cos i'd spend half the day travelling.

omg. Kayla is crazy. she just knocked on my door to tell me she's having a pre-dorm dorm party tonight for the freshmen of this year! whoo. it's gonna be so so fun! she's not crazy for having a party, she's crazy for telling me that so late. look at the time O.o darryl went back to new york and he's coming back on monday. i can't wait! tomorrow teri and i are going for last minute shopping for school bags. i was looking at the latest season of LV some of them really caught my eye. maybe this year i won't get something branded. just something cool. and omg. i grew like and inch this summer. yayy. cya.

kerry and i are up for our mini ice cream party. yep. we're moving to LA reallyreally soon. like next week or this week. we've seen our house there already. it's twice as big as this one. which is huge i guess. :D yay. my house is gonna be so much closer to teri's!

omg. funniest thing happened today! darryl and i went out to the beach. and just lay there like in a really secluded area. and we fell sleep. and we didn't notice the sand sorta moving. and we were holding hands and all. and then all of a sudden we woke up and we were almost in the sea. haha. his parent's are gonna be in town in like 2 weeks. but i'll be settling in at LA. well maybe he'll come down to see me! oh wells. kerry's putting on a movie now.

kerry and i just had a movie marathon. it was fun, but we got bored with the movies. we watched narnia, bring it on, when a stranger calls and harry potter. right now kerry and i are gonna have a sleepover at my room. cos we're packing kerry's room first.

omg. Darryl just called. he's so sweet, he calls at the most random times of the day to tell me he misses me. he says he's got a surprise for me when he gets back. well i got a surprise for him too. haha. sounds so scandalous. okay fine i got him a gift voucher. haha Darryl if you read this (:
